  • Yes, when done by a properly licensed & insured therapist. Therapists in Canada are bound by the same ethical and privacy laws for online services as for in-person sessions. They use secure and encrypted platforms to protect your information.

  • Yes, our therapy services are covered by most extended health benefit plans in Canada. Psychotherapy is typically included under mental-health or paramedical coverage. After each session, we provide an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • You simply book a session through our online booking form or contact us via email/phone, choose a time that works for you, and we’ll send a secure link for your video session. You’ll also receive details about privacy, fees, and what to expect.
